Vehicle Maintenance and Standards
- Keep your company vehicle clean, roadworthy, and in excellent condition.
- Regularly check tyre pressure, tread depth, lights, and fluid levels.

Drive Safely and Responsibly
- Always follow road rules and speed limits — speeding or any other traffic violations are not acceptable.
- Stay alert, avoid distractions, and drive with full attention to road and weather conditions.
- Report any faults, damages, or safety concerns immediately, and arrange for service without delay to ensure prompt resolution of the issue.
In Case of a Breakdown
- Move the vehicle to a safe location if possible.
- Switch on hazard lights and use a warning triangle if safe to do so.
- Stay out of moving traffic and await assistance in a secure place.
- Follow all breakdown and motorway safety procedures.
